" NBA 2K13 " recently released its player ratings to date and Atlanta fans will be happy to find out that one of the Hawks players is one of the top-rated players in the new game which comes out October 2. Josh Smith has an 87 rating which is the same as Philadelphia 76ers center Andrew Bynum and Los Angles Lakes point guard Steve Nash.
